Can't open it. I have serial number, it gives me error message.

I downloaded the program and can't open it. It gives me an "Error 57" message. I have serial number. Please see screenshots.

How can I enter the serial number if I can't open the program? Computer is Windows 7, high end.

That didn't work either. Tried reinstalling. Still Error 57.
