Can't reactivate Vegas Pro 15, along with an audio proxy error, help

Yo, my name is Dylan but you can call me Dilly, but minutes ago, I got a notification asking to register my Vegas Pro 15, so I did, but the software said that I "already used my serial number", and I deactivated my Vegas Pro 15, but when I tried to reactivate my Vegas Pro 15 on my Windows 11 PC, I got a bit confused at the "ComputerID" part, and I tried my Product ID, Device ID, my desktop number and the BIOS ID, but I got the "no activation could be created, please try again later" error - what should I do, what does "ComputerID" mean, where can I find my PC ID, and is there any way I can fix this "you already used your serial number" error? Just being curious

Yo, also, I've been getting this audio proxy error (CODE: 0xc00d002f), what should I do? Just being curious

Windows 11 Pro
32 GB RAM
Intel Core i7-9700K
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770

One common reason is that the e-mail you submitted is either a different one to what was used to register Vegas 15 initially or you typed it in with a space at the beginning.

(Intel 3rd gen i5@4.1GHz, 32GB RAM, SSD, 1080Ti GPU, Windows 10) Not now used with Vegas.

13th gen i913900K - water cooled, 96GB RAM, 4TB M2 drive, 4TB games SSD, 2TB video SSD, GPU RTX 4080 Super, Windows 11 pro

Have you logged into your Magix account to see if the serial number is registered to two computers already? If so, deactivate one of them and then try and activate VP15 again.

A related quote from the FAQ p. 9 as a reminder:

'To deactivate a device, so you can activate a different one, visit your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used only once a month.

In VEGAS Pro 14.0 or later, you can also choose Deactivate the Software on this PC from the Help menu. This option can be used as often as you wish. An internet connection is required."

Does the error message say anything in addition the code you quoted?
