Can't Save as Movie..

Aloha all.. Been using Vegas Movie Studio HD Platnium 10 for a while now and had no issues.. I did a rebuild recently and had to reinstall etc and now whenever I try and save a project as movie ( Render as or Make Movie ) it's only saving as a .sfl file instead of the .mpeg etc files I want to make.. Any ideas?? Thanx..

What option are you choosing when you get to the Render As option screen?

Not sure if this is the problem, but 360Kbps seems astoundingly low for 1920x1080 29.97. It could be the encoder simply isn't capable of producing output at this rate. Even 3600Kbps would be at the bottom range of low, and you're at 1/10th of that.

Tried increasing it even up to 6000Kbps, but still only saves as a .sfl file.. I even just uninstalled and did a fresh reinstall and still no .mov files etc..

Tried installing 7.5 and 7.4 of QT and still same issue.. Used the setting in that last one but same issue.. Maybe need to do the whole regedit thing, but no clue what I'm doing.. LOL..

Unfortunately this is still an on going issue.. I've had to go back to using Magix as Sony Vegas won't save to the render etc I want..
