Can there be slow motion more than 8x ?

Is it possible to get slow motion (using Movie Studio Platinum 13) slower than using the Time Stretch? As I believe this only goes to 4x or 8x slow. I need to slow down some clip portions to very very slow.

Looks like I have to venture outside of Sony.
Seen ProDad Respeedr which is quite a lot cheaper
than Twixtor, so will probably go for that.

One thing you can do is:

adjust the speed as slow as you can go (4x) and then Render To New Track (very high quality, Uncompressed if you have the space), then take that new clip you just produced and slow it down again and Render To New Track, etc etc repeat over and over until you have it as slow as you need.

Don't forget to turn off Resample, or things will get quite blurry eventually.
