@max-NICHOLSON Unfortunately you are stuck. No one from their customer service would respond if you want to cancel. They will keep charging you until you are bled dry. This is happening to me and I am still looking for a solution.
@MarvinElbert-Loraya You don't need to dredge up posts from 2 months ago to make the same comment. If Magix doesn't respond in a timely way cancel it on your bank's side going forward and keep pushing them to refund charges post your first cancellation request.
