Cannont Ungroup Event With Video and Audio

Sony Vegas Move Studion HD Platinum 11.0 build 322

I've discovered a problem with ungrouping audio and video.

I insert an event with video and audio. If I right mouse click on the audio or video event and click on Group, all the options are grayed out and unselectable so I cannot ungroup the audio and video from each other.

I can do this in Sony Vegas Movie Studio version 9.0.

Is there another way to do this or is this a bug that Sony is going to fix?

Have you tried this with more than a single video? It works fine on my computer (vr. 322). What are your system specs?

I tried a different video. The options are now selectable, but even though I select Remove, the video and audio are still coupled together. I also tried using the option, "Ignore Event Grouping" but it has not effect when I select it or de-select it. My machine has 2 GB RAM, with dual-core 3GHz processors.

Black,
do you have Auto Ripple off?

You have to select both the audio and video events in order to group or ungroup.

No you don't have to select both. Just to confirm I took a ACHD, brought it in, and click on the video portion and I got the menu with all options available.
