Cannot activate my Vegas Pro 15 on new computer

I don't have any of my products activated because we wiped my PC. So I wanted to reinstall Vegas Pro, unfortunately, any time I use the serial number it gives me an error message. Even after reinstalling it, and typing in the serial number automatically.

This serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact MAGIX support

Error code: -24
Even though on this account, its registered under my products
