Cannot Purchase Upgrade

Hello,

I've been trying to purchase the upgrade, but it either doesn't accept my card or won't go transfer to the paypal page to purchase it that way, even though I am already signed in. I've tried using other browsers, cleaning my browser, resetting my modem, and refreshing about everything I can think of, but it will not ever let me purchase the product. I am not sure what I should do in order to fix this issue.
