Which browser are you using when trying to download? Chrome may not download without the workaround of copying the link text and pasting it to the browser. Try that or use another browser.

Ive used chrome and explorer. Both were the same. I tried what @NickHope suggested me and could download vegas... but couldnt download the rest of the POST pack
