capture video frame

In Archetect Studio, how can I capture a video frame to use as a menu graphic.
I can put the video on the timeline, but what then?

A DVDA Studio online Help (F1) "Tip":
Click to position the cursor on a specific frame in the Timeline window, right click the title's icon in the Project Overview window, and choose Set Thumbnail from View from the shortcut menu to set the button's thumbnail to a specific frame in the source media file.
