Change platforms from PC to MAC?

Recently I purchased a MAC (MAC Mini- M1), and would like to change platforms from a PC to a MAC, using my current license. Is that possible? If so, how? Products:

VEGAS Movie Studio 14 Platinum
Music Maker
VEGAS DVD Architect (7.0)

@Vardb3 you can only do that if you run Windows on the Mac. Those programs are Windows only.
