changing the Email listed on your account

I purchased Vegas about 5 years ago and from that time my company email has changed. Being you can never get ahold of anyone anymore and it won't let you do this online, how can this be done?

Click your avatar on the upper right corner and then My profile, then Settings. Do you now see General settings and underneath Account, change email address?

Interestingly, I just clicked https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/ and got this on the lower right corner.
