Clarification of the New Blue Refocus bundled with upgrade to MS 17

Philip wrote on 6/18/2020, 6:41 PM

I just downloaded and installed MS 17 and New Blue Filters 5 Refocus. In another post, VKMAST said that the New Blue effects are the 3D transitions. My 3D transitions, e.g., 3D Blinds Spin do not have an About button or pop-up. The ones that About say they are Magix. So, I'm just trying to confirm that my installation was correct. After installing Vegas and DVD Architect, activating with the serials, and rebooting, I installed the NB from the desktop, presuming it would automatically install itself to Vegas. I just don;t know which "filters" are NB and am curious.

Not all 3D are NB's. Confetti is but blinds not.

@Philip can you quote my comment on the subject?

vkmast, good morning. For whatever reason, I am not able to find the post I did yesterday. I think I simply had searched for New Blue, and that your response was made to someone who, like me, had been looking for the filters that came bundled with MS 17. Evidently I am mistaken; my apologies.

In any case, I just looked at the New Blue site and the list of filters in filters 5 Refocus, none of which I see in MS Fx list. Can you guide me here, please? I am grateful for your help.

Click the Event FX button on the event in the timeline. If there are no effects added to the event, the Plug-In Chooser window appears. My NewBlue Filters are listed in that window.
