Correct version of Continuum Premium Filter: Primatte Studio? VP19

Hi I just got my email and I have no idea where to download this addon that I got with VP19. I downloaded what looks to be the correct one but when I activated it, I get an error saying "Not all Continuum plugins are license on this machine" and to keep it or remove it.

I downloaded "Continuum 2021.5 OFX 14.5.2 Windows 64-Bit" from

And when I activated it I get a red X through all footage with any of the filters on it.

Which is the correct one for me to download?

The PDF included in the vp19 installer doesn't help me much or I don't understand it.

See if the link in the download FAQs post (section 6) works. Note also this comment.

That link in section 6 just opens a PDF like I got in the vegas installer. And it gives me the same link.

I assume I got the right program but according to that comment, it might be a bug.

Also, my subscription is infinite, contrary to others'.

With the program I installed it says Not all Continuum plugins are license on this machine after I enter the serial number.

Then look for Primatte... type it in the Video FX tab search bar.... if it's not water marked, you are good. And yes, you didn't pay for Continuum Complete... only the Primatte Filter. That's a big difference in price. A new license for Continuum Complete (all that stuff you have installed that you can not use) would cost you $1200. Primatte Filter if bought on it's own, $299.

Update. I installed again and chose the option to remove the ones I don't have access to (it installed all of them without asking me) and now the only one that works is "BCC primate studio". The rest of the ones beginning with "BCC" (half as many show, now) won't work at all, not even adding themself to the clip in the "pan/crop" list of FX.

How do I get rid of the ones I can't use?

edit: Deleting the files “plugin_manager_cache.bin” and “svfx_plugin_cache.bin” in C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\<version number> and restarting vegas pro fixed the issue with the glitched plugins.
