CreateDXGIFactory2 not located

I have upgraded MovieStudioPlatinum15 to MovieStudioPlatinum 2022 and it will not startup. I instead receive the following popup.

I did not remove any previously installed versions.

Movie Studio Platinum 2022 is a MAGIX product now and unfortunately it is not supported on this VEGAS Community forum. However, it is supported at https://www.magix.info/us/video-forum/movie-edit-pro/ so try asking there.
