Createspace submission formatting

I'm about to submit a ISO to Amazon for inclusion in their VOD service. The source I'm working with is NTSC 30i MPEG-2. I've submitted a bunch of stuff to Createspace but all the source videos were progressive. So which is preferable - render the elementary video stream in Vegas 12 as interlaced or progressive?

I assume that Amazon will ultimately transcode to progressive since it's for online streaming.

Thanks.

If you are posting it for online streaming, your best Render As is Sony AVC/Internet 1920x1080p30.

This is a progressive scan file that will look great and will stream smoothly. (Since computers and most HDTVs are progressive scan, your video will look best if it is not interlaced.)

Createspace, Amazon's acquired division, that deals with ingesting VOD content has a quirky requirement that the submission be a authored DVD ISO. That rules out HD files.

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever find a suitable Output Format through Vegas or DVD Architect? Thanks!
