Customer not answering phone

Hello Customer Service,

I tried to call customer service numerous times this morning to get information about upgrading to Movie Studio Platinum 14 to no avail. When I make a selection on the menu the phone immediately hangs up, I am calling 1-305-772-5810.

When I opened my current software this morning (Platinum 13) a splash screen appeared offering me an upgrade to Platinum 14 for $49. I figured I would do it later but I am unable to find the upgrade option on the website and I am unable to contact customer service by phone.

Please Help

Service time for this number is 1pm - 5pm EST.

As Marco stated, the current phone hours are 1PM to 5PM EST.  Promotional emails are still going out for the upgrade offer as well.  Stay tuned!

I've been calling on and off since yesterday afternoon also but a message keeps coming up about lines being busy. I submitted a ticket yesterday but no response yet. [Ticket#2017022117008771]

I know your team is probably busy with the new release so I won't complain too much. The trial is still working okay for my testing just an FYI

I received my first personal promotional email re Vegas Pro 14 upgrade about six weeks after the release. I am counting on receiving the one re VMS product line a bit sooner.

I was expecting too much. It took nine weeks for me to get the first personal promotional offer for the MVMS 14 product line. It came through Sony NetNotify in several of my Sony VMSP and VPro versions yesterday.
