Customer Service Issue: How do I return the Vegas Pro 19 product?

I wish to return the Vegas Pro 19 product and obtain a refund.  It stopped working multiple times during just the setup of preferences and screen layouts.  It is possible that my PC is unable to handle this version but I am unwilling to invest in a new PC since my video editing is a hobby. My PC is a windows 10 64-bit 3.9 MHz unit equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 graphics card. I was not planning to edit either 2K or 4K video but liked some of the new features.

What is the process to accomplish the return and reimbursement.  This web site is great for technical issues but does not seem to provide the contact info for customer service. Thank you for any guidance you can offer.

The GPU is below the minimums recommended for Vegas 18 & 19. Not sure what your CPU is.

Vegas 19 should work on your system. I am running two computers with Vegas 19, both well below the specific requirements. I can play 1920i or 1920p videos at full frame rate on the timeline. Renders are slow so I usually render overnight or go get a cocktail. If it is not running there are other issues than hardware.

My systems are Q9650 CPU, GT730 GPU, 8gig Memory, the other is a Core 2 CPU 3ghz with same video card and memory..
