Do I have velocity?

I'm using Song vegas Pro 14 and learning how to use velocity. But the first step isn't there. When I click a video it doesn't say. When I click a section with no videos It's there, but not the velocity. It only says Compsite level and Fade to color.

There's is insert envelope when I right click on a empty section

When I right click on a video there is no Insert envelope

If there was insert envelope there's composite level

I'm very confused. So yeah.

If I rightclick on a video event in Vegas 14 that one is than selected as you see on the yellow borders.
I don't see it with yours and why that is I don't know.

On the first one, click the event, rightclick and then select InsertRemove Envelope. You should then have an option to insert Velocity.

That's because as vkmast has pointed out you have Vegas Movie Studio, not Vegas Pro. The Velocity envelope is only available in Pro.
