If it is a VST effects plug-in it should work.. and providing it is in an existing Vegas (or new) VST search folder (Options> Preferences> VST effects).
Vegas does not support VST instrument plug-ins AFAIK.
Zynaptiq has a 30-day demo, so you can try-before-buy.
