@Jlong-Samulas  the "New Licence" option is a one-time payment. Choose your payment plan (purchase option) by clicking the small blue arrow in the Online Shop at the website. There are four (4) options in the opening dropdown menu. To Upgrade click a separate blue box.

Be sure to click the globe button to select your area's version of the URL (e.g. /us/, /gb/, /int/ etc.).
