Does the perpetual version of vegas pro 22 give me access to AI tools?

I want to buy the perpetual version, but first I want to know if I will have access to AI tools like automatic subtitles. I couldn't find any information, can anyone tell me?

If I buy Vegas and still have to subscribe or pay something to use these features, it doesn't make sense to me.

It does though there are usage limits for cloud based transcription. The sales page has details. (You can purchase a refill of minutes if needed).
