I think that you are thinking that you are licenced to access the entire BCC Suite (which costs $695 USD for a new purchase) but in fact you only have access to one of BCC's effects that being Primatte Studio. Please watch the following BorisFX tutorial (from about 02:45) about how to install your licenced BCC effect but without installing all the hundreds of other effects which are not licensed (unless you buy them). -

Mocha Vegas is not part of the BCC Suite so is not affected by the above.

That is what I thought. So is there a way to get rid of the plugin links in Vegas so I only see the ones that work?

@emmo5611  ... look at the YT tutorial from about 02:45 (as already mentioned) - it shows you how to eliminate the non-licenced FX.
