Download link for NewBlue Titler Pro 7 Express is broken

I just bought Vegas Movie Studio Suite 17. When I click the email link to request an activation code for NewBlue Titler Pro 7 Express, it opens a browser tab and shows me my serial and a download link. Clicking the download link opens a new tab and then closes it. No download happens. Anybody else seeing this?

See if this is the issue: if a browser does not download, try another. Chrome occasionally doesn't and a workaround needs to be used (you need to manually Copy Link Address and paste the url text to your browser).
