download won't install

My online purchased download will not install. The EXE file downloaded just fine, now it won't install the actual software. I've already registered and everything. It keeps trying to tell me my internet isn't connected which is NOT TRUE. I'm hardwired with 200mb download speed

Note that the "download managers" are small. When run, they will fetch a much larger (e.g. 400-450MB), main installer for the current release, along with other bundled plugins and apps. See section 6. Direct Links here.

yeah not sure why it was acting up, so after few unsuccessful tries, I rebooted my computer and wallah, install went flawless.

I am kind of pissed off, I bought this because MS16 giving me problems after an update. Now this one wont even install. No way to reach support. Rediculous. Money Wasted.

The black bar above on this page has SUPPORT NEW > Ask Support > https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/interview/ > Download/Installation. Keep clicking on until you see Submit a Support Request box.
