Download Won't Work

Hello, my name is Kevin I ordered a Vegas product on Best Buy and I need to download the software. It's supposed to be in my content library on Best Buy but whenever I click download it just states file not found. I just got off the line with Best Buy customer service and they said I have to contact the publisher.

Please remove the "photo" with codes ASAP. Try https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/ for MAGIX products at least and try to contact Customer Support.

Okay, I removed the images and contacted customer support. The first link didn't work for me because I don't have a serial number yet

Odd. The very reason why I asked you to remove one of your images from the post was because it seemed to show your key codes/serial numbers for anyone to see providing the opportunity to try and misuse them.

It did. It contained the Product/Activation Keys for MS14 Suite, DVDA, Magix Music Maker, plus the other Suite items. With the main items you could, as an alternative, download the trials from the Magix site and activate with your Product/Activation Keys.

Perhaps the Serial Number is something different and is needed to give you access to downloads for the other items. There was a SKU number at the bottom of the second image you posted. Is that by chance the number you require? It looks like you need to chase BestBuy if it isn't.

Okay, I got it to work as a download ! It was indeed in the picture, so I am sorry about posting it didn't realize the numbers were for activation!. Now I have Vegas Pro installed on my PC but every time I try to open it, a window appears that says "Sorry, the intel 2000 GPU doesn't have enough power." I can't even use it sadly because my computer is an Intel Core I-3 2120 CPU at 3.3 ghz and I just read the specifications on their website that says it "requires an openCL enabled GPU such as Hd Graphics 4000" :/

Your original screenshot showed you had purchased Vegas Movie Studio 14 Suite not Vegas Pro?
