Downloaded MP4 will not import with sound file

I have been having issues with MP4's that I download from a church website that, when placed in Movie Studio Platinum 12.0, does not have a sound trax. The video plays in media player just fine. Where did the sound go? What am I doing wrong?

Post the COMPLETE MEDIA PROPERTIES using MediaInfo, a download from Sourceforge. (Don't install option software).

Yes, Version 7.7.6 (1680.9.31) And it plays correctly with the sound.

You might try passing it through Avidemux.
Settings are copy, copy, mp4
It may be the low-complexity aac audio.
