Please note the advice from the New Post template: "Please be mindful of data protection. Do not publish any personal information. Examples of personal information are your email address, telephone number, credit card number, serial number or order number. "

Actually, as mentioned here, on this user forum (i.e. "VEGAS Community") "A lot of experienced users in our community are happy to provide their expertise. You can open a thread and describe what you need help with".

Please note that "users (including the volunteer moderators) in our community" are not VEGAS or MAGIX employees.even though some of those employees do monitor this user forum and may sometimes chime in to help.

Please read this post for some links and advice regarding VEGAS "official support". If you are unsure where to go to, try asking at Online Live Chat (advice in the post). (The support reps there are supposed to "forward anything they can't handle to the right people".)

(The 1st paragraph in my comment above was edited from the "Thank you for your order!" letter that I am referred to after my online "order is complete". It also includes the order number "for possible later questions" re that order.
