I purchased "VEGAS Pro 365 - 12 month plan" and within the confirmation order e-mail, it says:
"Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please contact MAGIX Support at https://rdir.magix.net/?page=PDRN4OLD1U8A to correct the problem."
No serial number to activate/register product.
When going to "My Products" under my account info, there is also nothing there.
Any help is appreciated.
