E-mail confirmation of order doesn't contain serial #

I purchased "VEGAS Pro 365 - 12 month plan" and within the confirmation order e-mail, it says:

"Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please contact MAGIX Support at https://rdir.magix.net/?page=PDRN4OLD1U8A to correct the problem."

No serial number to activate/register product.

When going to "My Products" under my account info, there is also nothing there.

Any help is appreciated.

Is there a way of getting in contact with someone to resolve ASAP? Or will it be a kind of, wait and see what happens when they wake up, situation. Just have some client work that I was planning on completing today.

If you placed an order over the weekend and received this error message you will receive a confirmation email shortly with your serial number for the order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
