When you create a New Post, there is this advice: "If you have any questions about an Online Shop order, please contact our support." Unfortunately it may take a few days for Support to respond due to current holidays. Normally you should receive your confirmation email rather quickly though.

The support page just tells you to check your emails. You do have a point about the holidays. Creating my account I received an email right away, nothing after purchase. I guess I’m at there mercy at this moment.

@Zac if you just click on "Order/Delivery/Payment", you'll see next a page with "Search for other solutions" (blue box). Click on that and you are asked to "Please describe the issue using keywords. We will search our knowledge database using these details." Click on "Find a solution" and on the next page ignore the suggestions and scroll down the page to see the blue box "Send a support request". Proceed then as asked.

I guess you could also try emailing shop@magix.net or infoservice@magix.net with this though.
