Hi, I only just installed Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum and I opened the programme, but it came up with: Anerror occured starting Movie Studio Platinum. Error 0x80131902 (message missing) Failed to initalize host. Could anyone be able to help me fix this issues please. Thank you in advance.

During installation did you change settings for the folder to install in ?

Yeah @j-v but then uninstalled it and just installed it where it automatically wanted to.

The best is to change nothing. Install all the suggested options without changing.

Ok, I did uninstall it and re-installed it where it automatically wanted to put it and it still didn't work
