When I purchased Vegas 15, I used my initial email. But I deleted that email. Therefore, when I entered another email, I got error 24. Is there a way to register using a different email than the initial one?
In the link you gave, "Maybe you registered the program under a different e-mail address during the initial activation? Please use our Service Center to update your data (log in with the old e-mail address and adjust the data)." There is a saying I do not know how to update when I enter the service center. Can you explain more about this here?
