Hello I've been trying to find ways to fix this problem, followed every step, yet I cant find a solutions. Hours before I was using Vegas Pro 14 Edit and I had to restore my PC, after that I've installed again everything, I've checked that the product and email coincide in the MAGIX product and user service center, but still I get the error -24. And I dont know who to call or who to send an email in order to get my product working again, so please if theres an email address, a number or anything that can get me help or something so I can get back to work.
