Error -24

Hi, I posted about this a while back but my Vegas Pro decided that I can't activate it even though my product is registered because it's already registered. It's not showing on my MagicX account but when I go to register it there it says it's registered. When I go to "create an activation code" it says it's not registered. I've definitely typed in the email address correctly and have no other email accounts attached to any Vegas products.
