Error -24

Vegas Movie Studio 15 Platinum has stopped working and does not appear in my list of purchases when I login to my account,the message I get when I try to launch the program is I must register and activate which I have already done since I have been using the software off and on since 2018 I think I may have changed my email address since I activated the software but as I had many different email addresses in the past I don't know which one I used how do I get help with this problem it is so frustrating trying to find help I just keep going around in circles,Magic to Vegas back to Magix it is driving me crazy,surly if you change your email address all your purchases should update on your account other software I have bought from Magix prior to purchase of Movie studio 15 are there even an older version of Movie studio any help or advice on how to solve this issue will be greatly appreciated

Update....Problem has been solved and it was my fault since I have been purchasing products from both Magix and Sony for many years I have been using various different emails starting with Hotmail then Yahoo then a couple of others I recently decided to get everything under one email and changed the email to a google account not knowing that I would have to re-activate the software again having not used the software since then until yesterday when I tried and my problem arose,The people at Magix solved my problem very quickly via two emails and I am thankful for that I don't know why they make it so difficult to contact them though and it is surprising for such a big company also Magix and vegas creative software are the same company why do the Vegas products not show up on the Magix homepage? also I logged in here with a different email so if you change email in one area it doesn't update everywhere and this is how you end up in the situation that I did,my advice would be if you use Vagas and Magix websites and software make sure all are using the same email anyway I am happy with the solution and will be going to the forums/websites ect today and changing everything to one email.

They do if you click on Video and then Vegas

Glad you seem to have been helped by the official Support and are finding a solution.

As you've learned, MAGIX products and VEGAS products are on different portals. This has been the case since mid-2016 when MAGIX acquired the majority of Sony Creative Software products, including the VEGAS Pro and Movie Studio lines.

Many former Sony Creative Software video products are now brought together under the VEGAS Creative Software brand. Former SCS audio products, e.g. Sound Forge, and "old" MAGIX products are on magix.com and the user forum is on magix.info. Admittedly the MAGIX product sites are a bit of a jungle to navigate, but as @EricLNZ showed you, there is a link to VEGAS products on the MAGIX homepage. Also on the same page:
