Error -24

I just purchased sony vegas pro 19, but i think i registered it with a alternate email address and it does show up under my alternate address in products, but inside of my sony vegas itself it says this product is licensed to the wrong email whenever i click about, i have access to both this email and the alternate account but im honestly just so confused how to fix this after searching for a couple ours to troubleshoot

First- There is no such product as Sony Vegas Pro 19. Magix has owned Vegas since I believe Version 13. That being said, if you have Magix Vegas Pro 19, from which vendor did you purchase it? (Magix or other retail?) When do you get the wrong email warning?
