Error Code 14

Good afternoon

I purchused a new pc and the pc does not have a cd burner- i went to your site to download the software and get error 14 when i enter my email and register the product code - please help.

This site is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should be able to contact technical support but cant. I will never buy a prodfuct from this company again....

Please verify that the software you downloaded is the right software for the serial number you purchased. Make sure you did not confuse VEGAS Movie Studio with VEGAS Movie Studio Platinum and that you have the correct version of the software as well.

I have the correct version I purchase at the local box store. I hand typed the serial number that was provided via your email and from this website. Still I get error code -14 as well, I had removed and reinstall the program twice.
