Error code 14

I'm trying to activate the Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum and I'm getting the Error code 14. I'm copying the serial number from the email I recieved from you, so I don't understand what is going on...please help, is so frustrating

My order number is:  >deleted<

Thanks, but how can I ask support? If I follow your link I can only find FAQs and premade answers...

Ignore the FAQs and keep clicking on, describe your issue when asked to do that and click again until you get to send/submit a support request.
