Error code -24 Due to two different email addresses.

I purchased MAGIX VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum online yesterday, using my primary email account. So the license is applied to that account. I didn't realize I had purchased another Magix product 3 or 4 years ago and at that time had created a user account! So I created a new account, but during that process got a message about the email account was already applied, or something like that, and use a different email, so I did! Now when I go to use the product, I get this error -24 and I don't know how to fix the situation. I basically have TWO active logons to Magix, using TWO different email accounts, each having a separate product registered with each account. So how do I fix this???

Already tried this. It doesn't work, just kind of puts you into the same loop when you try to change the email address in your profile to match the one in the registration!

@James-McElhinney Have you tried both email addresses associated with your Magix accounts?

I would expect your primary email address which has VMS17 registered would accept activation with your serial number. Or is this when you get the error message?
