I purchased MAGIX VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum online yesterday, using my primary email account. So the license is applied to that account. I didn't realize I had purchased another Magix product 3 or 4 years ago and at that time had created a user account! So I created a new account, but during that process got a message about the email account was already applied, or something like that, and use a different email, so I did! Now when I go to use the product, I get this error -24 and I don't know how to fix the situation. I basically have TWO active logons to Magix, using TWO different email accounts, each having a separate product registered with each account. So how do I fix this???
