Error message when downloading 17

I just bought the product Vegas 365 V17 Every time I try to install my download I keep getting an error message that looks like this: Error: -2147163964 occurred during installation

Module C:/Program Files(x86)VEGAS\Shared Plug-ins\Audio_x64\sfppack1_x64.dll failed to register.

You will likely get more views and comments if this query was moved or re-posted in the VP "Video" category. Nobody pays much attention to audio in the VP forums.. or in general.
