I'm not able to install Sony Vegas Pro 18.

There's no such product as Sony Vegas Pro 18 ... other than from pirate websites with cracked versions that they often still call Sony. Sony sold Vegas Pro to MAGIX over 6 years ago, the last Sony Vegas Pro version being 13. It is hard to imagine that a recent legal purchase of Vegas Pro 18 gave you a download of the original build of Vegas Pro 18 build 284 rather than the last build - 527. Which reseller of Vegas Pro 18 did you purchase it from?

BTW, you are going to struggle getting Vegas Pro 18 to work well on a computer with an i3 CPU.
