Error purchasing?

Hi all,

First of all i apologize for my language but i am not english.

This morning i tried to buy the vegas pro 15 software (149€ because of the discount)

But after i click to the "buy botton" i did not get any code or receipt!

But money from my visa bank account are gone!

What should i do? I spoke by telefon with the assistence but they say that they have no orders from me.

So i am really confused, do i get the code after days or is it an issue?

Normally you will receive an email with the serial. Check your spam folder if you did not receive in your inbox.

I used the official website, i also opened the link directly from the vegas because i have the trial version

I did not get it very well... so it could be that there was a problem with my order and my money is blocked for now?

And if i do not get anything, there is the 30 days money back from magix?

I spoke with my bank and they say that there is a try of purchase and money are for now "blocked"

Did the charge on your credit card come from MAGIX RENO BERLIN, as this is the name of the company that appeared on my credit card statement on my successful upgrade purchase from VP14 to 15? If not, check out the charge name that appears on your Visa account with MAGIX to ensure that it is a legitimate charge to MAGIX.

If you're not satisfied in that you didn't get what you paid for, perhaps you can apply for a charge reversal from your credit card company (assuming your country's laws and/or bank rules allow that). However, if it was a direct debit purchase, you may be out of luck.

EDIT: After your latest post, I'm now a bit confused. If a credit card company blocks a charge, it wouldn't appear on your account as having been charged. If it does appear on your account, then it hasn't been blocked. I've only once had a credit card charge blocked (by AMEX), it was many years ago but I do recall that they emailed/SMSd me that the block had occurred and that I should contact them if it was a legitimate charge.

I have news!

Fortunately my bank said me, few seconds ago, that the payment was correct and was to MAGIX.

So no money blocked (as they said me yesterday)

So they gave me the code of payment and i sent everything to the magix support.

They said that maybe even today i can get some news!

Here is my christmas present :

finally we found out what was the problem: the website had too many orders and mine went wrong, this is why i paid but i did not get the key. They are processing my order giving me back what i paid. ( but it will take a while)

So while i am waiting for my money back, the sale is going to finish and i can not buy it.

so sad.

i think i will wait for another sale before i can buy it, because 500 euro is way too much.

i even said that i would be fine even getting only the vegas pro 15 edit instead of the bundle of 149 euro.

maybe this is the standard process when happen something like that.

I suppose only Magix can answer that question :( Anyway, if the refund doesn't happen in time, keep checking on the site for a possible extension of the valid until date.

because first it was untile 20th december, now is untile 26th decembre. maybe they will do it again :)
