Error report when starting Movie Studio

When I'm starting the Movie Studio an error massage pops up:
" An error occurred starting Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum.
The TWAIN manager could not be initialized. TWAIN_32.dll missing or corrupt."

What's wrong?
Can somebody help me?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the same happens every time...

You are in a real spot pal, along with me.
I have had this problem for months rendering the Vegas Platinum V10 useless, will not start. Numerous attempts to get support from Sony have failed.

I have tried the trial Platinum V11, and it works fine.

Don't count on support from Sony, total joke!
