Error trying to install VEGAS Pro 18.0

Whenever I try to install Vegas pro 18.0, I get the error -2147163964. I have no idea what it means, but I've tried atleast 20 times trying to get this to work to no prevail. If anyone could help me, that'd be great!
I am using Windows 10 64bit

I'm afraid you need to "Search" (Find) "-2147163964" on the forum to possibly find a solution. Currently you'd get 1 support link and 146 forum links. E.g. this Support advice
