Eula Text after each Programmstart!?

Hello to you,

after a windows 7 Inplace upgrade i have an Sony Eula Window on my screen that i have first to confirm before i can start my Vegas!
Do you know that and do you know what i can do against?

i had this some time ago - a reinstall sorted it out.

Some have also just deleted the EULA file in the Vegas installation folder.

I had the same problem. Deleting the EULA file from the Vegas Pro 11 installation folder worked for me.
