FAQ filter

Nick Hope's (and similar by others) excellent basic and advanced tutorials (FAQs) need to be in their own section.

The current Search does not filter well enough for the posts to be found especially by us who need them most.

There will soon(ish) be a new "FAQs" index post that links to these "(FAQ)" posts and more. Maybe one per section.

A secondary "FAQ" tag/filter has also been suggested as a forum feature so we can find them easily.
