File drop and Hub questions and Help crash in VP20 360

I just subscribed to Vegas Pro 360 and installed it. I have been using VP17 until now, as the pandemic brought my video clients to a halt. Anyways, it will be good to rediscover Vegas and learn the new features.

The Hub and File Drop are two game changers for me. I got the Hub app and managed to upload videos from the phone and synk them into the PC's local drive. Great! But I don't see how I can invite others (clients etc) to send files with File Drop. Is that explained somewhere? Is there any pdf manual that explains these features?

Each time I go to Vegas Contents and Index to look for help and enter any search word in the index Vegas crashes. That has actually happened to me in most Vegas versions I've had since v8. Now it seems worse than ever. It crashes immediately. Please fix!

@Martin L the download link to the "VEGAS Pro 20 New Feature Descriptions" document is in this post:

The in-app Help files may not be updated anyway, but find vegas.chm here

C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Help Files and create a shortcut to the desktop

Thanks, that's very helpful.

Hey, it worked but not any longer. Today as I create a file drop, and add a participant with name, email etc and press Send invitation - the invitation is not sent. The three dots keep turning as if something is under way, but even after an hour no invitations have been sent. I am logged in alright.

My internet connection is fine and everything else on the Vegas Hub works. I tried logging out and logging in again. Switching Vegas off and on.

Is there anything wrong on Vegas Hub's side or is it here locally?

The same thing is happening to me. The dots have been going on all day with no result.

So it's not just here then. I guess the problem must on Vegas side. Perhaps some server that froze?

The File Drop feature is a truly outstanding one and sooo important for my use. Actually one of the main reasons I upgraded to VP20 360, otherwise I would have stayed with 17 which has worked flawlessly for me. VP20 has quite a few really good features and improvements over 17 but it does seem much more buggy and I encounter crashes quite frequently, reminding me of Vegas Pro 9, 10 and the last days of Sony. For the first time in years I now need to turn off GPU rendering, if not Vegas will crash every 5 minutes on my machine.
