Flickering line and flickering text at bottom of Vegas Preview window

Hi everyone
Over the weekend I have discovered a problem that is affecting every version of Vegas Pro and Vegas Movie Studio Platinum I have installed. There is a horizontal line that keeps flickering at the bottom of the Preview Window and the Text readout is also randomly flickering. This happens when I play back anything on the timeline.

I have tried turning the GPU on and off and it makes no difference - flickering is always there.
I use Vegas Pro and Vegas Movie Studio Platinum all the time, and have only noticed this flickering in the last 2 days.

I am wondering if my graphics card is sick and needs to be replaced ?
All videos are playing back OK on my computer - it is only this problem in Vegas.

Has anyone ever seen this behaviour before, in any version of Vegas ?
I don't want to buy a new graphics card if the problem is being caused by something else.

I have uploaded a small screen capture video that shows problem.

@Dr-Zen_aka-Derek I get similar flickering at the bottom of the window. It was not seen when I unselected "Show Status Bar".

Hi vk, are you seeing ?
1. The flickering horizontal line
2. Flickering readout of Project, Preview, Frame, Display
3. or BOTH like me ?

My mind is going insane, because I have no memory of ever seeing this before 2 days ago.
I'm now wondering if it has been there for a while and I just didn't pay attention ?
The same thing is happening in all versions of Vegas Pro and Vegas Movie Studio Platinum.

The only BIG thing that has changed on my computer recently, is that I installed the newest Build version for Windows 10 - version 1809, OS build 17763.195

There was also a Windows Update that came through a few weeks ago for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2

@Dr-Zen_aka-Derek I'm seeing both, but not seeing them if Status Bar (w/ Project etc.) is off. (I may not have paid attention to this.) Tried with VP16 and VMS15P latest builds. The OS is Win10, v.1803 b.17134.472.

I see your flickering nowhere on desktop or laptop, but after my desktop got also yesterday that Windows 10 update.
I checked all my programs and almost everything was working normal exept in one VMS version I get no options when I rightclick the previewscreen.
Same program on laptop I do see the options.
