I purchased the Vegas 15 upgrade from 14 last month during an offer to upgrade to Vegas 16 for free, but I don't know how to do it and you can never get anyone on the phone sents Magix took over. Did anyone else take advantage of this offer to upgrade for free, and how do you get it?
