Hi,
I just upgraded from MS14 which was running flawlessly except for a few missing features like HEVC support. Working on my first project on MS17 and the program keeps crashing all the time which is getting really frustrating. It often starts with the program hanging for anything from a few seconds to a few minutes. Spinning mouse pointer, no response and sometimes "Not Responding" on the title bar. It then either comes back or crashes with the error reporting program. I have reported all the crashes with all details. Here are the details from the last crash.

Here are my system details.
- Windows 10 Enterprise, 64-Bit
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
- 24 GB RAM
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (Driver v442.92 updated today with "Studio" version)
I did notice that MS17 hangs and crashes more with GPU acceleration turned on. Turning it off is giving me more time between crashes but it's still too bad. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I would need to ask for a refund.
If it matters, I'm working with 2160p30 HEVC files with proxies enabled. The project and media files are on a NAS connected via Gigabit Ethernet and I'm not seeing the connection being saturated.
Thanks in advance,
Debarka
